At Try Loop Fit, we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
